We have built ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing before, in production rather than on a roadmap.
ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora) integration is not new territory for us. We have implemented and run live ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing (cryptographic stamping, QR codes, and direct reporting to ZATCA’s platform) inside a production system currently used across dozens of live sites in the Kingdom. That same compliance layer is what we build into every ERP implementation we deliver, from day one, not as an afterthought.

- How long does an ERP implementation take?
- It depends on scope — a single-site inventory and accounting rollout is a different project from a multi-site manufacturing implementation. We give you a written timeline after the process-mapping step, not before, because a number given before we understand your operation is a guess.
- What does it cost?
- We do not publish a fixed price because ERP scope varies too much to make one honest. Send us your current process (the free assessment below) and we will scope it in writing, with no cost or commitment to that first step.
- Odoo or ERPNext?
- It depends on module needs, team size and existing tooling. Both are open source and self-hostable, so you are not locked to per-seat licensing. We recommend one in writing after mapping, with the reasons.
- Will ZATCA Phase 2 work from day one?
- It is designed into the invoicing flow from the first milestone: stamping, QR codes and reporting to ZATCA’s platform. The same setup runs in production on our work today.
- What happens to our spreadsheets?
- They keep running beside the ERP until the new system has matched them for full cycles. You decide when they stop. The data in them is migrated and reconciled, not discarded.
