Staff filled a paper form, retyped the same details into government portals, then chased a signature — while the customer stood there and waited. We replaced all of it with one platform. Intake, the mandatory government report and an e-signed contract in a single pass. The details are entered once, by one person, on one screen. Built end to end in six months, and running across more than 30 sites in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah and Riyadh ever since.

Multi-site logisticsStanding orders are easy to take and hard to keep. Quantities that shift every week, several sites pulling from the same production load, and a schedule someone rebuilds by hand every morning. One missed change leaves a site short for a day. We put the whole cycle on one screen: recurring orders, catalogues that change week to week, production load per site, and the next day’s schedule generated from what is already committed. Three multi-site operators run their daily operation on it.
