Multi-site operations platform
The problem
The front-line process took more than ten minutes. Staff filled a paper form, retyped the same details into government portals, then chased a signature, while the customer stood there and waited.
What we built
One platform. Intake, government reporting, ZATCA e-invoicing and the ledger from a single entry. Arabic first, on a mid-range phone, with the office seeing the same data as the branch.
What changed
About one minute at the front line. Thirty-plus sites in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah and Riyadh on one system, six months from the first screen to full production. The old system ran in parallel until the operator switched it off.

Recurring-order operations platform
The problem
Standing orders are easy to take and hard to keep. Quantities shift every week, several sites pull from the same production load, and a schedule was rebuilt by hand every morning. One missed change left a site short for a day.
What we built
The whole cycle on one screen: recurring orders, the production load they add up to, and the daily schedule generated from both. Changes propagate; nobody rebuilds anything.

Three multi-site operators live on the same platform. Schedules are generated, not retyped. Exceptions are flagged before the delivery goes out short.
