Three plans. Free has no time limit and needs no card, and everything ZATCA and everything accounting is in it. Plus and Pro add branches, users, registers and products, proformas and quotations, and documents sent by email with an online link, and are sold yearly by invoice. Prices are shown with 15% VAT, and before it.
ZATCA invoicing, accounting and stock are in every plan. The limits are on the size of your business, never per invoice.

Why free
Because a business should not pay to stay compliant.
Most small businesses fit inside the free plan, and they never pay us. We earn when a business grows past it, from Plus, Pro and the add-ons it chooses, and from the custom software the same team builds. A free, genuinely compliant product is also the clearest proof we can offer that we understand ZATCA.

- Is it really free? What is the catch?
- Yes, within the published limits: no card, and not a trial. We earn when a business grows past them, from paid extras it chooses, and from custom software. If we ever change the free plan for existing accounts, we tell you 30 days before, and your full export stays free.
- How much are Plus and Pro?
- Plus is SAR 115 a month with VAT, billed yearly (SAR 1,380), for 2 branches, 6 users and 10,000 products. Pro is SAR 287.50 a month (SAR 3,450 a year) for 5 branches, 15 users and unlimited products. Invoices and customers stay unlimited on every plan, and you keep the same account and data. Add-ons from SAR 23 a month with VAT.
- How do I buy Plus or Pro?
- Ask us on WhatsApp. We send a yearly invoice, and the plan is switched on in your account when it is paid. It renews each year at the price published then, and we tell you before it does. The terms of use set out renewal, cancellation and refunds.
- What else costs money?
- Add-ons, when you need one more branch, till, user or person taking bookings. And work that is not the product: payroll, bank feeds, a card terminal wired into the register, moving your data from another system, custom software, and any commitment with an SLA behind it.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- The system stops you at the limit and says which one you reached. It does not delete data and does not start charging. Invoices and customers have no limit on any plan. If you move to a smaller plan, whatever is over its limits becomes read-only; nothing is deleted.
- If I leave, do I lose my invoices?
- No. An owner can download the full archive at any time, on every plan and for free: invoices with their signed XML, and the ledger. Closing your account keeps the company read-only for 30 days before it is deleted. Keeping tax records for six years is the taxpayer’s duty under VAT law, so download the archive before you close.
