Is it really free? What is the catch?

Yes, within the published limits: no card, and not a trial. We earn when a business grows past them, from paid extras it chooses, and from custom software. If we ever change the free plan for existing accounts, we tell you 30 days before, and your full export stays free.

What does it cost when we grow?

Plus is SAR 115 a month with VAT, billed yearly (SAR 1,380), for 2 branches, 6 users and 10,000 products. Pro is SAR 287.50 a month (SAR 3,450 a year) for 5 branches, 15 users and unlimited products. Invoices and customers stay unlimited on every plan, and you keep the same account and data. Add-ons from SAR 23 a month with VAT.

Is Nizamics approved by ZATCA?

ZATCA does not approve or certify software. Its own directory says its list “is not considered as an approval”. It publishes technical rules, and Nizamics meets the Phase 2 rules: invoices are signed, carry the QR, and are cleared or reported through FATOORA as you issue them.

ZATCA has its own invoicing platform. Why use Nizamics?

ZATCA offers a platform for issuing invoices to VAT registrants with up to 1,000 invoices a year. It is built for issuing invoices. Nizamics adds the accounting, the till, stock, bookings and your website on the same ledger, with no invoice limit, and you can export everything at any time.

Question 5

Do I need a VAT number?

Accepted Answer

To issue a tax invoice, yes. ZATCA requires it on every invoice. Without one you can still set up your products, contacts, website and bookings, and start invoicing the day you register.

Where is my data, and who can see it?

Accepted Answer

Stored in the Kingdom, in Oracle Cloud’s Jeddah region, with encrypted backups. Only the people you invite can see it, and we never sell it or use it for advertising. Two things go abroad only if you choose them: an AI app you connect, and analytics you allow; with analytics allowed, Google Analytics is also told when your account reaches one of four milestones, such as its first invoice, never what any invoice says. Requests reach us through Cloudflare’s network, which may carry them outside the Kingdom on the way.

What happens when I reach a limit?

The system stops and tells you which limit you reached. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. Then you choose: Plus or Pro, or a single add-on for the one thing you need more of.

Question 8

Do I have to move everything from my current system?

Accepted Answer

No. Start from your next invoice, bring your products in from a spreadsheet, and keep the old system for history. If you want your data moved, we can do it as paid work.

Question 9

What if the internet goes down at the till?

Accepted Answer

The receipt is kept and charging waits until the connection is back, because signing needs one in this version. Nothing is issued twice.

Who answers when I need help, and in which language?

Accepted Answer

We do, in Arabic or English, on WhatsApp and email, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00 Riyadh time.

Can customers pay online on my website?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Today your website takes orders as requests, which arrive as draft invoices you confirm. Online payment is what we are working on next.

What does it cost?

We do not publish a fixed price, because scope varies too much between projects to make one honest. The free assessment is where the number comes from: describe the process that costs your team the most time, we map it, and we scope it in writing: what we would build, in what order, and what each milestone covers. That first step has no cost and no commitment attached to it.

How long does it take?

It depends on scope, and we give you a written timeline after the mapping step rather than before it, because a date offered before we understand your operation is a guess. What is fixed is the shape: you approve every screen before any code is written, and the work then arrives in milestones you verify one at a time. Progress is measured by what you accept, not by what we report.

What happens to our current system?

It keeps running. We do not switch you over on a promise: what you use today runs in parallel until the new system has proved itself on real work, on your real cycles. You decide when the old one stops. Not us, and not a date in a contract.

Who owns the code?

Accepted Answer

On client-owned builds, you do: repository, documentation and deployment, all of it yours. No vendor holds the keys to your own operation, and nothing about the handover is conditional on you staying with us.

Where does our data live?

In the Kingdom. Systems we build are hosted in Oracle’s Jeddah data center, in the Kingdom, and you can export all of it any time you ask, without a conversation about why. The same rule applies to this website: an enquiry sent through the form is stored in Saudi Arabia for twenty-four months and then deleted, and your IP address is never written to our database.
