This describes what we actually collect and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect, and only when you give it
If you send us an enquiry we collect your name, your company, and a phone or WhatsApp number — that number is how we reply. An email address and a short message are optional; give them if you want to. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information. There is no account to create and no newsletter to join.
What we record about the visit itself
With your enquiry we store the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the address — that is how we know which advert or search brought you here. None of it identifies you.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone outside Nizamics, and we do not use it for advertising or add you to a marketing list.
Where it is stored — and where it is handled
Both are in Saudi Arabia. Your enquiry is written to a database running in Oracle Cloud’s Jeddah region, and since September 2026 the software that receives it runs on that same machine in Jeddah. It used to run outside the Kingdom before writing the data back into it; that is no longer the case. We chose this over the more convenient option, which would have placed the data in Europe.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months, after which it is deleted. That is enforced by the database itself — every record carries its own deletion date rather than relying on someone remembering.
We do not store your IP address
We record which country a request came from, and nothing more precise. Your IP address is never written to our database.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to count page views and see which pages lead to enquiries. When you send one, Analytics is told that an enquiry happened and is given a random reference — never your name, email, phone number or message. We also record when someone opens a WhatsApp link, together with any campaign parameters in the address.
Analytics is switched off in our own console
The pages where we read enquiries carry no analytics at all. Rather than trusting the tracking not to look at them, we do not load it there.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to recognise a returning visit. We set none of our own for advertising or tracking, and we do not build a profile of you across sites.
The random reference we keep in your browser
When you first arrive we store a random reference in your browser, together with the advert, search or link that brought you here. It is a random value and nothing else — it is not your name, it is not built from anything you type, and on its own it says nothing about who you are. It exists for one reason: when an enquiry reaches us, it tells us which advert or search led to it. It is held in your browser’s local storage rather than a cookie, it lasts ninety days, and it is passed to Google Analytics so an enquiry can be matched to the visit that produced it — never alongside your name, email, phone number or message. We do not sell it, we do not give it to anyone else, and it cannot be used to follow you around other websites.
Who else can see any of it
Google, for the analytics described above. Cloudflare, which sits in front of this site to protect it from attack and speed it up, and therefore carries your request on its way to Jeddah — it is not given your enquiry to keep. Nobody else, and no advertising network.
What you can ask us to do
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on it. We will not ask you to justify the request.
Who to contact
[email protected], or the WhatsApp number on this site. Nizamics Solutions Company, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
