The situation
Five systems, one person retyping
The online store is on Salla. Invoices come out of Odoo. Stock is on an Excel sheet someone updates on Thursday. The bank statement is reconciled by hand. Each system is fine alone. Between them sits a person copying numbers, and the month-end report is wrong until they find the mismatch.

- Do we have to replace our current systems?
- No. Integration is for keeping what works and connecting it. If a system genuinely cannot be connected, we say so in the assessment and show you the options.
- Is this the same as ZATCA integration?
- ZATCA Phase 2 is one link we build, and it runs in production. Most projects also connect sales, stock, accounting and reporting, so a sale is entered once.
- What happens when a link breaks?
- Every run is logged, failures are flagged, and nothing is silently dropped. You see the error and the record it affected. On client-owned builds, the code and documentation are yours to fix or extend.
