Payments & fintech engineering

Payment engineering for merchants and licensed fintechs.

We build the integration and the software: Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Tamara and Tabby at checkout, reconciliation into the accounts, and platform work for SAMA-licensed partners. We are engineers, not a financial institution.

Works with

  • Mada
  • Apple Pay
  • STC Pay
  • Tamara
  • Tabby
  • Geidea
  • SAMA open banking
  • ZATCA Phase 2

The situation

Payments arrive; matching them does not

The gateway settles in batches. The POS reports by shift. The bank statement shows net amounts after fees. Finance matches the three by hand every week and still cannot say which invoice a refund belongs to. Adding Apple Pay or Tamara means another report to reconcile, not fewer.

What you get

Four things you can point at when it is done.

  • Checkout integration

Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Tamara and Tabby through your gateway licensed in the Kingdom, such as Geidea.

  • Settlement reconciled

Gateway settlements, POS totals and bank statements matched to invoices in Odoo or ERPNext, fees and refunds included.

  • Platform work for fintechs

Engineering for SAMA-licensed partners: APIs, dashboards and open banking connections, under the partner’s licence and rules.

  • Data in the Kingdom

Hosted in Oracle’s Jeddah data center, aligned with PDPL. Card data stays with the licensed gateway, never on your servers.

How we work

Nothing moves to the next step until you have checked this one.

  1. Map money in, money out

Every payment method, settlement file and bank feed listed, with who reconciles what and how long it takes.

  2. Integrate against sandboxes

Gateway and bank sandboxes first, screens approved, then live with small amounts you verify.

  3. Parallel reconciliation

Manual matching continues beside the automated one until they agree for full cycles.

ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing in production

The invoice side of every payment already runs in production on our work. Payments, accounting and reporting in one flow.

Questions

Asked before every project like this.

Are you a licensed financial institution?
No. Nizamics is a software house, CR 7054975482. We do not lend, hold funds or offer financial services. We build integration and software for merchants and for SAMA-licensed partners, who operate under their own licence.
Which gateway should we use?
One licensed in the Kingdom that supports the methods your customers use: Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Tamara, Tabby. We compare fees, settlement timing and API quality in the assessment and put the recommendation in writing.
Can you connect to SAMA open banking?
For a SAMA-licensed partner or through a licensed provider, yes: we do the engineering against their APIs and sandboxes. We do not access account data in our own name.
