- Does it work in Arabic?
- It is tested in Arabic on your documents before we agree anything. Handwriting and low-quality scans are where accuracy drops, so the trial measures exactly that, and the number is shared with you.
- Where does our data go?
- Systems are hosted in Oracle’s Jeddah data center, in the Kingdom. Before a trial we write down which model runs where, what it receives, and what is kept. You approve that before any document is sent.
- What if it is not accurate enough?
- Then it does not ship, and you have paid for a measured answer rather than a system nobody trusts. Often a smaller step, such as routing instead of drafting, still clears the bar.
