Web & mobile apps

Arabic first. Fast on a mid-range phone.

Right-to-left by default, quick over mobile data, one screen for the field and one for the office with the same data underneath. iOS, Android and web from one codebase wherever that saves money.

Works with

  • App Store
  • Google Play
  • WhatsApp
  • Mada
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Maps
  • Odoo
  • ZATCA Phase 2

The situation

The app was translated, not designed

The Arabic was added last, so the layout breaks on the right and the numbers flip. It loads slowly on the phones your drivers and branch staff actually carry. Field staff fill a form in the app, then someone in the office retypes it. Two apps, two logins, one set of complaints on WhatsApp.

What you get

Four things you can point at when it is done.

  • Arabic designed first

Layout mirrors from one setting. Western digits for figures and phone numbers. The English inherits the geometry.

  • Field and office, one data

A screen for the person on site and a screen for the back office, same records underneath.

  • One codebase, three platforms

iOS, Android and web from a single codebase where it saves you money. Native where it does not.

  • Works on a weak signal

Built and tested on mid-range Android over mobile data, with forms that survive a dropped connection.

How we work

Nothing moves to the next step until you have checked this one.

  1. Discover with the users

We watch the field staff and the office use what they have today, and time it.

  2. Every screen approved first

Arabic and English screens reviewed on a real phone before any code is written.

  3. Store release and parallel run

App Store and Google Play submission handled. The old way keeps running until you switch.

~1 min

Front-line process, down from 10+ minutes

One screen replaced a paper form, portal retyping and a chased signature, across 30+ sites in four Saudi cities.

Questions

Asked before every project like this.

Native or cross-platform?
Cross-platform from one codebase wherever it saves you money without costing your users speed. Native where the app needs it, such as hardware access. We put the recommendation in writing after discovery.
Do you handle the app stores?
Yes. Developer accounts are opened in your company’s name, so the listing and the reviews belong to you. We handle submission, rejections and updates.
Will it work properly in Arabic?
The Arabic is designed first, not translated last. Layout mirrors right-to-left, Western digits stay left-to-right, and controls are sized to the Arabic, which runs 20 to 30 percent longer than English.

We map it, count its steps, and tell you in writing what we would build and in what order. You keep the map either way.
